A love of clay that kept growing.
Her relationship with pottery began in 2012 after taking a local class and falling in love with clay from the very first lesson.
Mostly self-taught, she spent the next six years learning from experienced potters through workshops in glaze chemistry, surface decoration, hand building and throwing techniques.
Today, pottery and gardening have come together in her home studio. The colors, textures and forms of the plants she grows now help inspire functional pieces that are expressive, useful and entirely their own.
Where clay meets the garden
Inspired by things that grow.
After joining the Master Gardener program, a new source of inspiration took root. Plants—indoors and out—now influence the textures, colors and forms that find their way into her pottery.

No two pieces are exactly alike.
Each piece is made individually, shaped by years of experimentation and the simple joy of making something useful and beautiful by hand.
